Handmade Ceramics by Amy

Tested at the tables of the bon vivant, my work is sturdy and elegant—made to stand up to the rigors of daily use, and be beautiful while doing so. My aim as a maker is to engage the user and offer a slow reveal of lovely unexpected surprises. I leave parts of the pot unglazed and polished, or textured for a tactile experience. Hand-drawn lines converge with fluid glaze for visual intrigue. Exquisite patterns wrap the form with line and color, making them a delight to use.
